At BAITOR LIMITED, professional reliability is our priority. We stand behind the precision and safety of our demolition services and the quality of our shop products. We aim to resolve any project or purchase issues fairly, professionally, and transparently.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to excellence across both our site operations and our online store. Our guarantee covers:

  • Services: Safe removal of structures as per RAMS and project specifications.
  • Products: That all equipment or materials sold via our shop are fit for purpose and as described.
  • Sustainability: Adherence to eco-conscious waste segregation and recycling targets.

2. Cancellation Policy

Demolition Projects

Project cancellations involve logistics and mobilization costs. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before mobilization receive a full refund minus a £25 admin fee. Less than 24 hours notice results in a non-refundable deposit to cover plant hire and labor commitments.

Shop Products (Online Orders)

Standard Product Orders

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your product order within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in original packaging.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Products: The item arrived damaged, is faulty, or does not match the description.
  • Services: Work does not meet agreed structural or clearance specifications.
  • Delays: We are unable to proceed with the project/delivery due to internal operational reasons.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Custom-made or personalized equipment and tools.
  • Used machinery or “salvage-grade” materials sold specifically “as-is.”
  • Waste disposal, environmental permit, or local authority license fees already paid.
  • Changes of mind for services once physical demolition has commenced.

5. Refund & Return Process

  1. Notification: For products, notify us within 14 days. For services, notify us within 14 days of site handover.
  2. Return (Products): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Items must be returned to our London depot.
  3. Inspection (Services): Allow our engineers to inspect the site and attempt to remedy the issue.
  4. Processing: Approved refunds for both products and services are issued within 5–10 business days.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days

7. Chargebacks

If you are considering a chargeback, we kindly ask that you contact us first. Whether it is a physical product or a complex demolition dispute, direct communication allows us to resolve the issue faster than a formal banking dispute.
