2. Services
BAITOR LIMITED provides professional demolition and site preparation services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Our services include:
- Complete residential house demolitions
- Heavy industrial structure dismantling
- Controlled internal strip-outs (Soft Strip)
- Site clearance and concrete crushing
- Foundation removal and bulk excavation
- Eco-conscious waste management and recycling
- Emergency structural stabilization
All services are carried out in accordance with UK Health and Safety legislation, BS 6187:2011 (Code of practice for full and partial demolition), and environmental regulations.
3. Booking and Payment
A deposit is required to secure a project timeline and mobilize equipment. Progress payments may be scheduled for long-term projects, with the final balance payable upon site clearance and handover.
We accept payments via bank transfer and major credit/debit cards.
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment Security
All card payments are processed securely via Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Payment details are encrypted and are never stored on our servers.
4. Standards and Compliance
BAITOR LIMITED guarantees that all works will be performed with reasonable skill and care, adhering to the agreed Method Statement and Risk Assessment (RAMS).
Our commitment to “eco-conscious” services means we aim to divert the maximum possible percentage of demolition waste from landfills through on-site sorting and recycling.
Our service guarantees do not cover:
- Damage to underground utilities not clearly marked on provided site plans
- Delays caused by discovery of unidentified hazardous materials (e.g., hidden asbestos)
- Structural issues in adjacent buildings not caused by our negligence
- Interruptions caused by extreme weather conditions
- Vibration-related damage to sensitive equipment in neighboring properties
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring all utilities (gas, water, electricity) are legally disconnected and capped
- Providing a valid R&D (Refurbishment and Demolition) Asbestos Survey
- Securing necessary planning permissions and Party Wall Agreements
- Providing heavy plant machinery access to the site
- Notifying neighbors and local authorities of the scheduled works
- Ensuring the site is vacated of all unauthorized personnel during demolition
Failure to meet these responsibilities, especially utility disconnection, may result in immediate work stoppage and additional standby charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
BAITOR LIMITED’s liability is limited to the total value of the contract price. We are not liable for any loss of profit, business interruption, or indirect losses arising from project delays.
Insurance Coverage
We maintain comprehensive Public and Products Liability Insurance specifically rated for high-risk demolition activities. Proof of insurance and specific cover levels are available upon request.
7. Changes to These Terms
BAITOR LIMITED reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
For significant changes, existing clients with active contracts will be notified via email. Continued engagement of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
